ODU Image Production, is an interdisciplinary creative studio dedicated to storytelling through an authentic African lens. Our work spans literature, film, music, and the visual arts.
Under ODU Publishing, our children’s book imprint ‘Ìtàn Ìgbín’ has published five picture books in the Children of the Stars series. The collection introduces the names and characteristics of various Òrìṣàs to young readers and adults alike.
We currently have other picture books in production, including Our Way to School, Dinosaurs at the Park, and Aríké and the Sun.

Through ODU Music, we explore the importance of sound in storytelling. This experimentation began with our children’s books, where we collaborated with Nigerian producers and artists to enrich the reading experience through rhythm and melody.
We recognise that the creative space we occupy can often feel exclusive, yet we aim to build an inclusive world for like-minded storytellers and visionaries.
